Held before a live audience at your venue (location), with Quavara carrying the event to the wider world. The house A/V picture (connections) is confirmed at the tech check.
Your production crew — staging, wardrobe, lighting, and all house matters — remains entirely yours. The room is set up for and controlled by your named Room Controller — the one person in charge of the Quavara room during the live event, the live feed on your end is run by your operator, and Quavara's responsibility begins where your audio enters the room (your audio path). Quavara covers translation, delivery, and the room itself. The event is recorded and ticket-holders may replay it — performer consent confirmed on this form. The event is recorded; ticket-holders receive the replay, and anyone else may purchase it for the replay price — replay revenue rides the same safeguarded rhythm as ticket revenue. Your room comes preset with: your chosen tools — in place before rehearsal, and your team trained on each via your chosen method.
All listed participants are named before the show begins. Every live performer confirms their age through their own Quavara account before taking the stage. A credit roll honors the full cast at close.
Your Room Controller (named above) and named crew (to be named) will attend a full rehearsal 24–48 hours before the event and a final tech check 45 minutes before going live. Events that rehearse, deliver.
Host-provided pre-show recordings play with the host warranting all public-performance rights. Host promotional messaging in the waiting room is billed additionally per the rate card. Ambient pre-show music joins when the licensed library launches. Quavara may briefly introduce itself to the waiting audience.
This event carries mature content declared as your declared nature. If the presenter drops, the agreed plan is: your continuity plan. Day-of contact: your phone.
From your booking: the date-lock deposit of the computed amount (minimum $45, scaling at 10% of expected gross), the seat cap it sets (your expected attendance), and ticket revenue held until the event completes plus thirty days, paid the 1st of the month. One deposit locks the entire run; every ticket is serial-coded to its specific date and admits only to that date. Your comped guests are admitted free by emailed ticket and count against the seat cap.
